How to start a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and a short note on what did not work for you. We reply within 2 business days. If we need the product back, we will send you return instructions and a prepaid label with that reply. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Email [email protected] with your order number.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How refunds are paid
