Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every pre-order. Any shipping cost on other orders is shown at checkout before you pay.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship as soon as they are ready, in the order pre-orders were placed. The expected ship window is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. We email you a tracking link the day your order ships.

In-stock orders

In-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to every destination available at checkout. Duties and import taxes for orders outside the United States, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking, delays and lost packages

If your tracking has not updated in 7 days or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, email [email protected] with your order number and we will help.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email [email protected] as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships.
